Check-in and Check-out Procedures

  • Check-in after 4pm. Check-out by 10am.
  • Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions and any Neighborhood Rules sent by Host (property manager) or entry information cannot be sent.

Property Access

  • Guests do not have access to the locked off portion of the Sportsman's Lodge, the Fitness Center, or the Wine & Cigar Bar. These are for member use only.

Policies and Rules

  • No smoking allowed.
  • Minimum age: 25 years to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.
  • Children allowed.
  • No events allowed.
  • No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.
  • Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook.
  • Guests are not allowed to bring their own ATVs. For information about ATV rentals please visit: offroadadventuresnc dot com
  • Guests are responsible for supplying their own recreational equipment (basketballs, soccer balls, tennis equipment, etc.)
  • The North Pavilion hosts several summer parties, including a Fourth of July celebration and concerts, which guests may attend; however, in the event there is a wedding or other private party, guests are not allowed in or near the Sportsman's Lodge.

Fees and Payments

  • All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
  • This home allows up to 2 mature, crated dogs with an additional pet rent of $25 per pet per night plus 6.75% tax. Max of 75lbs each.
  • Eagles Nest Winery day passes are available onsite for $25.00 each.
  • Firewood for the outdoor firepit may be added at time of booking or by reaching out more than a week in advance. You get two wrapped bundles and a firestarter for $25/night plus taxes.
  • All stays at Eagles Nest homes have an additional amenity fee in order to maintain the facilities and features in the development.
  • The summer concerts are open to all guests; however, there is an admission fee for each person and cash bar for food and drinks.

  • Eagles Nest is a developing community, with construction currently ongoing in several neighborhoods. Construction noises may be heard from 7am-7pm Monday-Saturday.
